Nexxellent Group, the group of ultra-precision contract manufacturers, today announces the acquisition of Vedos Verspanende Techniek BV, effective 1 September 2026. With this step, Vedos joins Maan Special Products and Jansen Precision Technology as the third company to operate under the Nexx label, reinforcing Nexxellent Group’s position as a partner of choice for mission-critical, high-precision manufacturing.

With this step, Vedos joins Maan Special Products and Jansen Precision Technology as the third company to operate under the Nexx label, reinforcing Nexxellent Group’s position as a partner of choice for mission-critical, high-precision manufacturing.
A third specialist under one shared standard
Founded in 1981 and based in Venlo, Vedos has built a strong reputation in precision turning and milling of metal and plastic components. Work defined by tight tolerances, from drilling as small as Ø0.10 mm to series sizes ranging from single pieces to over 10,000 units. Vedos serves demanding sectors including medical technology, semiconductor, new energy, food and equipment manufacturing, supported by its own developed Production Control System that gives customers real-time insight into order status.
That combination of technical depth, disciplined process control and a proven track record in repeat, high-precision work is exactly what makes Vedos a natural fit for Nexxellent Group.
